分別界品第一者，此下第三隨文別解。就中有三：一明依經造論、二別釋品名、三依文正解。

"Dhātu-nirdeśa, Chapter 1": below this is the third section, commenting separately according to the text. Within this there are three points: first, clarifying the composition of the treatise based on the sūtras; second, separately explaining the chapter title; third, providing the direct interpretation based on the text.
