10.59

「有餘救言至總立為觸」者，經部師救。據彼同分根、境、識故別說為三。若據同分根、境、識三因果所收，總立為觸。

"Another defends by saying [...] is collectively established as contact": the Sautrāntika master defends. Based on those participating (sabhāga) faculty, object, and consciousness, they are spoken of separately as three. If based on the three participating faculty, object, and consciousness as encompassed by cause and effect, they are collectively established as contact.
