「謂必無容至法滅法生」者，難數論云。謂必無容於有法常住上，可執別有大等諸諦法滅法生。

"There is definitely no possibility […] that dharmas perish and dharmas arise": this refutes the Sāṃkhyas, stating that there is definitely no possibility that on top of a permanent substantive entity, one could assert distinct dharmas among the principles such as the Great Principle perishing and dharmas arising.
