「所言成劫至應知已滿」者，此明成劫，可知。又《正理》三十二云「諸大梵王必異生攝，以無聖者還生下故，上二界無入見道故。」

"The so-called kalpa of formation... up to: should be known as complete": This explains the kalpa of formation, which can be known. Furthermore, the Nyāyānusāra, fascicle 32, says: 'All Great Brahmā Kings are necessarily included among ordinary worldlings (pṛthagjana), because no noble one is ever reborn below, and within the upper two realms there is no entry into the path of seeing.'
