「如是已辨至麟角喻百劫」者，此下第二明劫中人。就中，一明佛、獨覺；二明四輪王；三明小王出興。此即第一明佛、獨覺。上兩句明佛，下兩句明獨覺。

"Having thus explained [...] the rhinoceros-horn-like [pratyekabuddha] takes a hundred kalpas": Below this is the second [section], explaining the persons in a kalpa. Within this, first it explains buddhas and pratyekabuddhas; second, it explains the four wheel-turning kings; third, it explains the arising of petty kings. This is the first, explaining buddhas and pratyekabuddhas. The upper two lines explain buddhas; the lower two lines explain pratyekabuddhas.
