從此第二，明劫中人，就中：一明佛獨覺、二明輪王出現、三明劫初有王。
Next, the second [section] clarifies human beings within the kalpas. In this there are three: first, clarifying Buddhas and pratyekabuddhas; second, clarifying the appearance of wheel-turning kings; third, clarifying that at the beginning of a kalpa there was a king.
