12.70

「如是所說至大士相殊」者，釋後兩句。四種非一，名諸。輪王皆具三十二相，金輪具勝。餘三雖有，非如金輪。

"Regarding 'Thus what is spoken of [...] the marks of the great person differ': this explains the last two lines. The four types being more than one are referred to as 'all.' The wheel-turning kings all possess the thirty-two marks; the gold-wheel king possesses the most preeminent ones. Although the other three have them, they are not like those of the gold-wheel king.
