「又化地部至飄種來此」者，述異部計。由諸世界壞非一時，此界初成風從他方飄諸種子來此世間，成諸世界生芽等果。

"Furthermore, the Mahīśāsakas […] wind blows seeds to this place": This recounts the view of a distinct school. Because the destruction of the worlds is not simultaneous, when this world first forms, the wind blows various seeds from other realms to this world, forming the worlds and producing fruits such as sprouts.
