「雖爾不許至親所引起」者，述勝論師計。佛法雖爾，我宗不許芽等果生是種等因親所引起。

"Even if that were so, we do not accept […] are directly induced by": This recounts the doctrine of the Vaiśeṣika masters. Although it may be so in the Buddha-dharma, our school does not accept that the arising of effects such as sprouts is directly induced by causes such as seeds.
