[On the text,] "The remaining shapes should be understood accordingly": When the central surface is convex, "high shape" is nominally established; when concave, "low shape" is nominally established; when level, "regular shape" is nominally established; when uneven, "irregular shape" is nominally established. In reality, one sees color-matter, and the mind conceives of it as long and so on. A metaphor is introduced to illustrate this: like seeing a firebrand, when it is moved swiftly, one thinks it is long; when whirled around, one thinks it is round. This long and round are nominally established on the basis of the firebrand; in reality one sees the firebrand, and the mind conceives of it as long and so on. Shape being based on color is logically also like this; therefore shape has no real, distinct category of corporeal substance.
