13.65

「若爾何故至此二何異」者，徵問經部，引教辨違。若其三業體皆是思，經云思已，為何所目？既言思已，明知二業非思。

On "If so, why ... how do these two differ": Querying the Sautrāntika and citing scriptures to show contradiction: If the entities of all three karmas are intention, what does the sūtra refer to when it says 'having intended'? Since it says 'having intended', it is clear that the two [other] karmas are not intention.
