13.79

「又契經中說至是名無漏法」者，此是第二無漏色證。此經意顯三世五蘊無漏諸法。經中既說有無漏色，明知別有無表色也。

"Furthermore, it is said in a sūtra [...] these are called uncontaminated dharmas": this is the second proof from uncontaminated form. The intent of this sūtra is to reveal the uncontaminated dharmas among the five aggregates across the three times. Since the sūtra speaks of uncontaminated form, we clearly know there is separately an uninformative form.
