「能防身語故名律儀」者，此即第四。能防身、語令不造過，故名律儀。

"Being able to guard body and speech, it is therefore called discipline (saṃvara)" is the fourth. Because it is able to guard body and speech, preventing them from committing faults, it is called discipline.
