14.62

「若爾有覆至勿成過未」者，難。此無記表既不能成過去、未來，彼能發表二無記心亦應不能成彼過、未。等謂等取強無記心，即是串習、威儀、工巧、通果心也。

Regarding "If so, then obstructed... should not possess the past or future": this is the objection. Since this indeterminate manifest karma cannot possess the past or future, the two indeterminate minds that are able to express that manifest karma should likewise not possess that past or future. "And so on" means including strong indeterminate minds, which are the minds of habitual practice, deportment, artisanship, and the fruits of supernormal powers.
