「如前所說至立餘四名」者，此即第三明不律儀異名。因辨成就，文便兼明。可解。

"As previously explained … to establish the remaining four designations" is the third part, which clarifies the different designations for non-restraint (asaṃvara). Because it distinguishes possession, the text conveniently explains this alongside it. It can be easily understood.
