「唯成無表至或生已捨」者，釋下兩句。即第二句成無表非表，謂三界易生聖者，若在欲、色定成道、定無表，若生無色成道無表，表有不成，如處胎等表業未生，或表生已遇緣復捨。

"One possesses only avijñapti … / or having arisen, is discarded" explains the lower two lines. That is, the second line, "possesses avijñapti but not vijñapti", refers to noble ones in the three realms who are subject to transition: if in the desire or form realms, they definitely possess the avijñapti of the path and absorption; if born in the formless realm, they possess the avijñapti of the path; and their vijñapti is not possessed, such as when dwelling in the womb and the like where vijñapti-karma has not yet arisen, or after vijñapti has arisen, it is abandoned upon encountering conditions.
