「論曰至與心俱故」者，釋初句。靜慮律儀由定生故，頌說定生。餘文可解。
"The treatise says: … / because it is co-existent with mind" explains the first line. Because dhyāna-saṃvara arises from concentration, the verse says "born of concentration". The rest of the text is readily understood.
