14.74

「無漏律儀至如後當辨」者，釋第二句。頌說彼聲，顯前靜慮。復說聖言，簡取六地諸無漏心。無漏律儀由道生故，頌說道生。

"Undefiled restraint … / as will be analyzed later" explains the second line. The verse says "that" to indicate the preceding dhyāna. It further says "noble" to single out the undefiled minds of the six stages. Because undefiled restraint arises from the path, the stanza says "born of the path".
