「善惡律儀至除中定無想」者，此即大文第五約處辨成。前兩句明惡戒，後六句明善戒。此善、惡戒，處有差別，故約處辨成。處中，處無差別，多通諸處，故不別明。

Regarding 'Wholesome and unwholesome discipline... except for the intermediate dhyāna and [the heaven of] non-conception': this is the fifth major section, determining existence in relation to places. The first two lines explain evil discipline, and the latter six lines explain wholesome discipline. Because there are differences in places for wholesome and evil discipline, their existence is determined in relation to places. As for the intermediary, there are no differences in places, and it generally exists in most places, so it is not specifically explained.
