「四異熟順受至乃至廣說」者，謂感一切異熟果業名異熟順受。所以業名異熟者，因異於果名異，或感果時與前不同名異。正感果時能熟故名熟，或從果為名。引經可知。

Regarding 'Fourth, conforming to feeling by maturation, up to the extensive explanation': it means that karma which brings about all maturation fruits is called conforming to feeling by maturation. The reason karma is called 'differing maturation' (vipāka) is that the cause is different from the fruit, hence 'differing'; or because the time of bringing about the fruit differs from the preceding [state], hence 'differing'. When directly bringing about the fruit it is able to mature, hence 'maturation'; or it is named from its fruit. The quotation from the sūtra is understandable.
