「諸界諸趣至總開如是」者，答。謂三界、五趣或善或惡，隨其所應皆容造四種業。總開如是。

"In all realms and all destinies … generally open in this way": the answer. That is to say, in the three realms and five destinies, whether wholesome or unwholesome, as appropriate, it is possible for all to create the four kinds of karma. Thus it is generally open in this way.
