「彼遍損善至故得具支」者，說一切有部答。彼遍損善阿世耶，故可具支。雖瘂不言，身能表語，故得具支。

Regarding the passage "Because he completely destroys the good... he therefore obtains all branches": the Sarvāstivāda responds. Because he completely destroys the good intention (āśaya), he can possess all branches. Although a mute does not speak, his body can manifest speech; therefore, he obtains all branches.
