15.59

「有餘部說至苾芻律儀」者，釋第五句。有餘經部師說：犯重捨戒。於四極重感墮地獄罪中，若隨犯一，亦捨勤策及與苾芻出家律儀。

"Some other schools state [that one also abandons it] up to [the monastic vows of] a bhikṣu": This explains the fifth line. Some Sautrāntika masters state: One abandons the precepts upon committing a major offense. Among the four extremely grave offenses that lead to falling into hell, if one commits any one of them, one also abandons the vows of renunciation of both a novice (śrāmaṇera) and a bhikṣu.
