「與最後字至皆此加行」者，答。雖虛誑語有多字成，與最後字俱生表及無表業，成此業道。或所誑者性聰惠故，聞少誑語懸解後義，如是之人隨於何時，所誑解義表、無表業，即成業道。前字俱行表、無表業皆此加行，後字俱行表、無表業皆此後起。

"With the final syllable […] all are its preliminary actions": this is the reply. Although false speech is accomplished through many syllables, the vijñapti and avijñapti karma arising together with the final syllable constitute this course of action. Or, because the one deceived is intelligent by nature, hearing a little false speech they grasp the subsequent meaning beforehand; for such a person, at whatever time the one deceived understands the meaning, the vijñapti and avijñapti karma immediately constitute the course of action. The vijñapti and avijñapti karma co-occurring with the preceding syllables are all its preliminary action; the vijñapti and avijñapti karma co-occurring with the subsequent syllables are all its subsequent action.
