論「與最後字至皆此加行」，答也。有二時成：一最後字俱生表聲及無表業；二隨何時所誑解義表、無表業，成此業道。後解為勝，解不定故。

[On the passage in the] treatise: 'Together with the final syllable […] all these are its prayoga': This is the answer. It is accomplished at two times: first, the informative sound and uninformative karma born together with the final syllable; second, at whatever time the deceived person understands the meaning, the informative and uninformative karma accomplish this karmapatha. The latter explanation is superior, because understanding is not fixed [to that moment].
