「於善惡等至邪見業道」者，釋下兩句，明邪見業道。善、惡，謂善、惡業。等，謂等取果及聖等。於此善等現見撥無，此見名為邪見業道。

Regarding "Toward good and evil, and so forth [...] the path of karma of wrong view": this explains the following two lines, clarifying the path of karma of wrong view. "Good and evil" refers to good and evil karma. "And so forth" means including their results, the noble ones, and so on. Denying what is directly seen concerning this good, and so on—this view is named the path of karma of wrong view.
