16.23

「又經中說至即諸三妙行」者，此即第八明牟尼清淨。上兩句明三牟尼，下兩句明三清淨。牟尼，此云寂默。

Regarding "Furthermore, it is said in the sūtra: ... are precisely the three subtle actions": Here is the eighth section, clarifying muni and purity. The upper two lines clarify the three munis, and the lower two lines clarify the three purities. 'Muni' is translated here as 'silence' [jìmò].
