「色界善業至是可意故」者，釋色善名白，白謂白白。色界善業一向名白，不雜不善惡業、惑故。故《正理》云「色界善業一向名白，不為一切不善煩惱及不善業所淩雜故。異熟亦白，是可意故。」
"Form-realm wholesome actions ... because they are agreeable": this explains form-realm wholesome as named white; white means white-white. Form-realm wholesome actions are invariably called white because they are unmixed with unwholesome evil actions and afflictions. Thus the Nyāyānusāra states: "Form-realm wholesome actions are invariably called white, because they are not encroached upon or mixed with any unwholesome afflictions or unwholesome actions. Their ripening is also white because it is agreeable."
