「有起加行至無根依別故」者，此下第四問答分別。就中，一殺已非根本、二他殺成業道。此即殺已非根本。問及頌答。

"If someone initiates the preparatory application ... because of having no root and because the basis is different": below, this is the fourth [part], differentiating through questions and answers. Within this, there are: first, having killed, it is not the fundamental [action]; second, another kills and it constitutes a path of karma. This is [the first,] having killed, it is not the fundamental [action]. The question and the verse answer.
