「全三惡趣至名異熟障」者，出異熟障體。謂三惡趣全，人趣中取北洲，天趣中取無想天，為異熟障。

"The entire three bad destinies: Up to: It is called the obstacle of ripening": Identifying the essential nature of the obstacle of ripening. That is, the three bad destinies entirely, within the human destiny taking the northern continent, and within the divine destiny taking the mindless gods, are the obstacle of ripening.
