17.25

「有餘師說至解脫道別」者，敘異說。此撥因、果二種邪見，撥因邪見，如無間道；撥果邪見，如解脫道。非真彼道，故說「如」言。

Regarding "Other masters say ... the difference between paths of liberation": Relaying a different view. Between these two kinds of wrong view that repudiate cause and effect, the wrong view that repudiates the cause is like the uninterrupted path (ānantarya-mārga); the wrong view that repudiates the fruit is like the path of liberation (vimukti-mārga). They are not truly those paths; hence the word "like" is used.
