17.61

「三俱轉者至俱時殺盜」者，明三業道與思俱轉。三俱轉者，謂以嗔心，於屬他人鷄鴨等生，正斷命已亦離本處，故於爾時嗔、盜、殺三與思俱轉。

Regarding "Three functioning simultaneously up to killing and stealing at the same time": this clarifies three courses of action functioning simultaneously with volition. 'Three functioning simultaneously' means that with a mind of hatred, toward living beings such as chickens and ducks belonging to another, when one directly cuts off their life and also moves them from their original place, at that very time the three of hatred, stealing, and killing function simultaneously with volition.
