「如是已說至遮一八五」者，釋下兩句，明善業道與思俱轉。結前標宗。
Regarding "Thus it has been stated up to excluding one, eight, and five": this explains the lower two lines, clarifying wholesome courses of action functioning simultaneously with volition. It concludes what came before and states the thesis.
