「六俱轉者至得上三戒」者，明六業道與思俱轉。六俱轉者，謂善五識現在前時，得上近住、近事、勤策三戒。五識同時有無貪、無嗔，及身三、語一，名六業道。

Regarding "Six functioning simultaneously up to obtaining the three precepts above": this clarifies six courses of action functioning simultaneously with volition. 'Six functioning simultaneously' means that when the wholesome five consciousnesses are present, one obtains the three precepts above: upavāsa, upāsaka, and novice. Simultaneously with the five consciousnesses, there are non-greed, non-hatred, and three bodily and one verbal [action], which are called six courses of action.
