「九俱轉者至現在前時」者，明九業道與思俱轉。言九俱轉者，有三種九俱轉。五識、盡、無生，非見性，故無正見。若五識及依無色盡、無生智，俱有散善七色。若依靜慮盡、無生智，定有隨心轉戒。爾時若得大苾芻戒，亦得散善色。七善色同故，不別分別。

Regarding "Nine functioning simultaneously up to when it is present": this clarifies nine courses of action functioning simultaneously with volition. As for 'nine functioning simultaneously', there are three kinds of nine functioning simultaneously. The five consciousnesses and [the knowledges of] destruction and non-arising are not of the nature of view; hence there is no right view. If the five consciousnesses and the knowledge of destruction and knowledge of non-arising based on the formless realm [occur], both have the seven scattered wholesome material forms. If the knowledge of destruction and knowledge of non-arising are based on dhyāna, there is definitely mind-conforming morality. At that time, if one obtains the great bhikṣu precepts, one also obtains scattered wholesome material form. Because the seven wholesome material forms are identical, they are not differentiated separately.
