「應知如是至草類舍等」者，釋第四句。應知如是施類福業事，能招當來及與現在大財富為果。言施類福者，類之言體，顯福以施為體義。如葉類器，西方以荷葉等為器，顯器以葉為體義。如草類舍，顯舍以草為體義。等謂等餘所未說喻。戒、修二類，准此應釋。

"One should know that such [...] grass huts, etc.": explaining the fourth line. One should know that such a basis of meritorious action consisting of giving can incur great wealth as its fruit in the future as well as in the present. The phrase "merit of the category of giving": "category" means intrinsic nature, showing the meaning that merit has giving as its intrinsic nature. Just like a vessel of the leaf category—in the Western regions, lotus leaves and the like are used as vessels—this shows the meaning that the vessel has leaves as its intrinsic nature. Just like a hut of the grass category, this shows the meaning that the hut has grass as its intrinsic nature. "Etc." includes other similes not yet mentioned. The two categories of morality and cultivation should be explained following this.
