「論曰至恭敬報恩」者，超果地故。謂離欲聖，超於欲界異熟果地。餘文可知。
"The treatise states: [...] respect and requiting kindness": because they transcend the ground of fruits. That is, noble ones free from desire have transcended the ground of ripening fruits of the desire realm. The rest of the text is understandable.
