「何洲人幾至何洲人幾」者，此下第四明破二僧別。問處及人，一問法輪，二問羯磨。
"In which continents, how many people […] in which continents, how many people" is the fourth [part] below, explaining the distinction between the two [kinds of] schisms in the Saṃgha. It asks about the places and the people: first, asking about the wheel of Dharma; second, asking about karmavācanā.
