「於諸惡行至世善中大果」者，此即第五明罪重、大果。上兩句明罪重，下兩句明大果。

Regarding "Among all evil actions [...] great fruition among mundane wholesome [actions]": this is the fifth [section], clarifying the gravity of the offense and the greatness of the fruition. The upper two lines clarify the gravity of the offense; the lower two lines clarify the greatness of the fruition.
