「已約所緣至於彼隨增」者，釋後兩句。謂隨何遍、不遍緣、有漏、無漏緣，自界、他界緣，隨眠一切皆於自相應法由相應故於彼隨增。

As for "Having [explained] regarding the object ... increases through adherence in them": This explains the last two lines. Whichever anuśayas there may be—omnipresent, non-omnipresent in range; taking the contaminated or uncontaminated as object; taking their own realm or other realms as object—all of them, with respect to their own associated dharmas, increase through adherence within them by virtue of association.
