「捨置記者至不應為記」者，此釋第四捨置記。外道說世為我，若有問言世為有邊等。總有十四，此應捨置，不應為說。

On the passage from "An answer by setting aside" to "should not be answered": this explains the fourth, the answer by setting aside. Non-Buddhists refer to the world as the self; if someone asks whether the world has an end and so forth—there are fourteen [unanswered questions] in total—these should be set aside and not expounded.
