「經但說有至何所違害」者，經部通經。經中但說有貪隨眠，不言樂受現行之時即有隨眠，何所違害？
On “The sūtra merely says ‘there is’ [...] what contradiction is there?”: The Sautrāntikas resolve the sūtra. The sūtra merely says that there is an anuśaya of attachment; it does not say that when pleasant feeling is active, the anuśaya is currently present. What contradiction is there?
