「論曰至是薩迦耶見」者，釋我、我所，明有身見。執我及我所是薩迦耶見。

Regarding "The treatise says... is the view of individuality": Explaining the self and what belongs to a self, it clarifies the view of individuality. Grasping at a self and what belongs to a self is the view of individuality (satkāyadṛṣṭi).
