「聲有等流至隨欲轉故」者，聲有二類，無異熟生。夫異熟色任運而起，聲隨欲生，故非異熟。
"Sound has outflow […] because it operates according to desire": sound has two classes, and lacks the ripening-born. Matter of ripening arises spontaneously, whereas sound is produced according to desire; therefore it is not ripening.
