21.11

「若纏唯八至亦具兩義故」者，論主破。若纏唯八，此釋可然。此即縱許。許有十纏，此釋非理，以忿、覆二種亦具兩義故。

Regarding "If the entanglements are only eight... because they also possess both meanings": the author of the treatise refutes this. If the entanglements are only eight, this explanation is acceptable. This is a provisional concession. If one accepts ten entanglements, this explanation is unreasonable, because the two, anger and hypocrisy, also possess both meanings.
