「諸煩惱等至唯說此五」者，釋下一句。此即問也。等，謂等取隨煩惱。
"Why, among the various defilements and so on ... are only these five spoken of?" This explains the following line. This is the question. 'And so on' includes secondary defilements (upakleśa).
