「由此定知至如應名苦」者，總結。由此上來所釋教理，顯受非皆苦，亦有少實樂，定知一切諸有漏行三苦合故，如其所應名之為苦，非唯苦受名之為苦。

Regarding "From this it is definitely known ... is called suffering according to what is appropriate": This is a general conclusion. From the scriptural passages and reasoning explained above, showing that feeling is not entirely suffering and that there is also a small amount of real pleasure, it is definitely known that all sāsrava conditioned forces, being united with the three types of suffering, are called suffering according to what is appropriate; it is not merely unpleasant feeling that is called suffering.
