「即苦行體亦名集諦」者，此下第二明集諦。說一切有部標宗，即諸有漏苦、行體性，亦名集諦，能生果故。

Regarding "The intrinsic nature of these suffering conditioned forces is also called the truth of the origin": Next, the second [section] clarifies the truth of the origin. The Sarvāstivāda states its tenet: the intrinsic nature of these sāsrava suffering conditioned forces is also called the truth of the origin, because it can produce results.
