「如是已說至如次第應修」者，此下第二明五停位，七加行中五停心觀也。就中，一總標、二別釋。此即總標。

The words 'Having thus explained ... should be cultivated in order' begin the second [section] below, explaining the stage of the five stillings, which is the contemplation of the five stillings of the mind among the seven preliminary practices. Within this, there are first, a general indication, and second, a distinct explanation. This is the general indication.
