「既唯勝解至唯是有漏」者，釋頌有漏。此觀既非十六行攝，但是假想，理唯有漏。
The words 'Since it is exclusively resolve ... it is exclusively sāsrava' explain 'sāsrava' in the verse. Since this contemplation is not included within the sixteen modes of activity and is merely a simulated mental construction, in principle it is exclusively sāsrava.
